Dr. Akhilesh Jangid is a highly qualified, competent plastic surgeon who has received training in various aspects of plastic surgery from India and abroad. He has done MBBS from the Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU. After that, he pursued 3 years of post-graduation training in general surgery and various other specialties from the Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, and obtained his Master’s in General Surgery degree (M.S. in General Surgery). After completion of M.S., he has undergone 3 years of training in Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery from S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur, and obtained M.Ch. In Plastic Surgery Degree.
After completing M.Ch in Plastic Surgery, he has worked in various highly reputed hospitals and institutions to sharpen his skills. He has received training for Aesthetic and breast Surgery at St. Andrews Plastic Surgery Center, United Kingdom (the Largest plastic Surgery center in the UK and Europe). He has indepth knowledge of the international standards in dealing with Cosmetic Surgery, Hair transplant, Breast surgery, and microsurgery cases.
He also has a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine (FAM) from the Institute of Laser and Aesthetic Medicine (Recognized and affiliated to the University of Greifswald, Germany). He has got training in Hand Surgery, Brachial Plexus surgery and Microsurgery from Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore, a unique 150-bedded plastic surgery unit, famous not only in India but the world over for hand surgery and microsurgery. He has also done a Microsurgery course from Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore.
At present, Dr Akhilesh Jangid is a plastic surgery consultant at Metro Hospital, Shanti Mukund Hospital, Deepak Memorial Hospital, and Malik Radix Hospital in New Delhi.
